The project

Plan across
the whole property.

A modern home can contain several capable systems, each with its own controls, information and dependencies. Making them useful together requires a view across the property.

At Pepperpot Barn, ground-mounted solar and battery storage sit alongside connected heating, ventilation, lighting and water monitoring. The integration work brings information from these systems into a coordinated view of the home.

Energy and storage

Ground-mounted solar generation and battery storage are considered alongside household demand and energy monitoring, giving the project a view across generation, storage and consumption.

Heating and ventilation

Heating, ventilation and indoor-condition monitoring form part of the same property-wide approach, while specialist appliance controls retain their role.

Lighting and everyday controls

Connected lighting and everyday controls are organised around how the home is used, alongside the wider infrastructure.

Connectivity and monitoring

Connectivity supports the integration work, with water monitoring adding visibility of another essential property system.

From project to service

From property review
to delivery.

Pepperpot Barn informs AM’s approach to homes and estates: understand the property before choosing technology, identify useful connections and plan the work across suppliers and systems.

For a client, that can mean an independent review, an integration brief, a phased improvement plan or owner-side coordination through implementation and handover.

The same thinking applies during a renovation, when decisions about power, cabling, connectivity and future systems are easiest to coordinate before work is covered up.
